I just wanted to take a few minutes of my time to acknowledge two of your team members Madeline and Mousa.  As you probably already know, the EarthLink circuit  went down totally stranding one of my biggest client.  It was after hours, and did not know what to do, so I call Madeline.  Before you know it, she had me on hold calling everyone and was  able to get a hold of Mousa.

The tag team combine effort of your two top notch employees resulted in a positive outcome.  Mousa was able to find me a 4G device. I drove to Fairfield that same night and picked up the device.  When I get there, Mousa already had the device configured and ready to go.
